Are canines allowed?
Absolutely! We love our furry four-legged friends. Just please keep them on a leash at all times, and outside of the serving rooms due to regulations. We have a water bowl and pet waste station located out back by out patio.
Do you take reservations?
At this time, we do not accept reservations. We have a beautiful Private Event Room available to rent for a 3-hour minimum. Please send us an email for further information on event room.
Do you allow outside food and beverages?
We do not allow outside food or beverages. We have many great on site food options, as well as guest food trucks in the spring and summer. In accordance with our VA ABC license, absolutely no outside alcohol is permitted. Anyone caught consuming alcoholic beverages not purchased on site will be asked to immediately leave, and law enforcement may be called.
May we bring a cooler or picnic basket?
No, coolers and picnic baskets increase clutter and create tripping hazards. Again please refrain from bringing in outside food and beverages.
Are buses or limousines allowed?
Buses, party buses and limousines (including rented buses) are allowed from 11:30 AM to 3 PM. We require 48-hour notice. We will also need to know date/ time, number of people, and a contact number. We can be reached by phone or at Info@harvestgap.com.
